To complete the registration:

  3. Please, notice that each registration form is for one individual person and his/her accompanying person.

REGISTRATION FEES

Conference registration fee includes meals during the conference and conference pack and also the conference dinner, unless otherwise indicated. Accompanying persons can join the reception and the conference dinner. Participants who register later than August 8th 2014 will pay the late fee.

During the Congress, the list of participants will be made available to all participants in hard copy and on the Congress app. The following data are included in the list of participants: each participant´s name, organization, and country during the Congress.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

  • Full refunds (net of bank charges) will be provided against written cancellations received no later than August 8th (3 pm CET).
  • 50 per cent refunds (net of bank charges) will be provided against written cancellations received no later than September 8th (12 pm CET), after which time no refunds can be provided.

Kindly note that registration refunds will be processed within at least 45 days after the end of GCET19.

LEGAL INFORMATION

In compliance with the provisions of article 5 of the Organic Law 15 / 1.999 of December 13, Protection of Personal Data we inform you that:

1) All personal data provided to us will be processed automatically and included in the Fundación Universitaria San Pablo - CEU  database which purpose is to control and manage all congress attendees and to make all the necessary arrangements to organise the Congress. The database control corresponds to the ‘Fundación Universitaria San Pablo - CEU ’ with address Isaac Peral 58, 28040 Madrid, Spain.

2) Participants may withdraw their consent and exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection to the mentioned controller in the postal address C/ Tutor nº 35, 5ª planta - 28008 Madrid or by email [email protected] . All the details are at link.

3) All the information required in this registration form must be provided to participate in the Congress. Consequently, it is understood that you authorize your personal data to be transferred to Fundación Universitaria San Pablo CEU. Your personal data are essential for all necessary arrangements to organize the 19th GCET in Madrid and in order to manage your participation in scientific sessions, plenary sessions, etc. as well as manage your participation in social events and other services, billing, communication of future congresses and issuing certificates of attendance.

The acceptance by the participant  that their data can be treated as described in this document is revocable, without retroactive effect, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 6 and 11 of Law 15/1999, of 13 from December.
