Registration fees
Conference registration fee includes meals during the conference and conference pack and also the conference dinner, unless otherwise indicated. Accompanying persons can join the reception and the conference dinner. Participants who register later than August 8th 2018 will pay the late fee.

Cancellation/refund policy
Full refunds (net of bank charges) will be provided against written cancellations received no later than August 8th (3 pm CET).
50 per cent refunds (net of bank charges) will be provided against written cancellations received no later than September 8th (12 pm CET), after which time no refunds can be provided.
Kindly note that registration refunds will be processed within at least 45 days after the end of GCET19.

If you need a visa, please observe the following procedure:
Online registration including the registration payment has to be made. Please note that the secretariat cannot send you required documents unless you complete registration and payment.
Visa applications should be filed at a Spanish mission abroad.

Please note that the last recommended date for approaching the secretariat on visa documents is July 24th, 2 months before GCET19.
